In the comics they're really daredevil's villains, and the leaders talk. One of them is a dude named ten fingers because he has twenty fingers. The Foot Clan from TMNT is a parody of The Hand, and the toxic waste that made the Turtles grow is from the same spill that blinded daredevil!

What makes amendment 5's historic defeat is that it wasn't a spur of the moment idea by legislators. This was like two decades of work that then got voted down by a historic margin.

I knocked a couple hundred doors, more importantly the volunteers I work with knocked over 2000 doors. And we brought home a resounding victory. Everyone who knocked a door or made a call to defeat 4 and 5, great work.

Again, this was a huge topic of discussion when the Yankees were dominating and revenue sharing was brought up. My biggest problem with revenue sharing back then was "what if the teams getting that money whose owners don't want to win just pocket it?" and GUESS WHAT FUCKING HAPPENED!!
