As the Evils of the Failed Artist is on everybody’s minds, I just wanna stress that failed artists are fail at it because they want to be adored instead of just being weird little freaks who cannot help making the shit they feel uncontrollably compelled to make

I already miss AnthroSoCal! This past weekend was a blast! While I was working, I still gave out over a hundred zines, ran into so many friends old and new, and I even cosplayed King! I broke it out during the Tekken tournament, and did pretty well! Already excited for next year!

While I’m beyond heartbroken over Dolly and Tim, I want what they both left behind to empower me to be a better, weirder, more passionate person. They would both strive for us to change ourselves and the world for the better, as our unabashed selves, and I wanna strive for that!!

Y’know something though? We got to share time in this life with two incredible icons who lead with love and creativity. That’s very special and it’s not something I take for granted.

Imagine being talented and beautiful and rich and famous and still the most noteworthy thing about you is how good a person you are.
