The Wisdom Of Wolverine

The hardest part of being a writer was never the writing. For years I thought it was the marketing, but I have a new one. The scams, and the lack of trust when you're collaborating. That's a new one and it suuuuuuuucks. I want to trust, but this world is one where everyone is trying to fuck you.

Starting to feel like I'm getting played, but I don't have conclusive evidence to make a definitive call. Every red flag is explainable, but they're starting to pile up. If my suspicions are correct, I'm about to make an expensive mistake. If not, I'm tarnishing a reputation over nothing.

... Now, I'm not saying I built a shelf around my living room to display my amiibo collection. I am saying I have a very understanding wife who also likes these things, and a brother in law who knows how to build shelving.

I had a thought about writing an Isekai because it sounds fun. Then I realized I *kind of did with Technosiah, just it's not the main character who got brought to a new world to disrupt everything. Sure, there was no truck involved (all the regrets), but the main mechanic changes are there.

Now I'm playing with power.

I feel like every time my character loses in Champions, they look like they're trying to recreate a Simpsons meme.
