Someone told me once they don’t like the phrase “fix your hearts or die” because they don’t condone violence. That’s not how I see it, it’s not a threat, it’s a promise and an encouragement. Encouragement: you CAN fix your heart. Promise: If you don’t, we’ll all die, or it’ll be the death of you.

Really truly coming from a place of ignorance here and wanting to be educated - in what way is this “backwards compatibility”? Isn’t it just emulation? It’s a PC that runs old console games… right? Emulation is the word for that.

Ford has rehired hundreds of senior engineers after replacing them with AI backfired and has cost the company billions of dollars. AI adoption is blamed for Ford being the most recalled automaker in the U.S. with 51 recalls covering over 11 million vehicles in the first half of 2026 alone.

Like, the fundamental thing with "AI" - it all starts with a massive and ongoing act of theft (or infringement, if you like). It's a few billionaire, or trillionaire, owned tech companies stealing everything we ever did then selling it back as a worse version of the work we all do.
