By any reasonable definition and whether people like it or not, the EU is a confederation. Describing it as a bloc misleads the public into thinking it is something far less important.

Some wholesome hobbies like musical instrument playing are typically best learned through YouTube (unless you have an expensive app), so just how are the kids supposed to learn their hobbies after the ban?

This is nuts for anyone who knows software development. Deploying frameworks and APIs is hard, and developing interfaces especially which tend to need backwards compatibility is hard to get right for something new. The DMA needs enough leeway to actually accommodate software development.
