We’ve got vents in a glass roof that open when it’s hot I noticed one was playing up and talking to the manufacturer it can’t be mended (boo). So I ordered a new one and fitted it myself. I’ve got a real sense of achievement compared to simply paying someone to fit it! #diy_Dave

This is my first time travelling long distance in a battery-electric coach: Utrecht to Berlin. I'm excited for this trip - we'll need to stop at an HDV charging hub for a charge, great to see one in action.
Before smart phones I used a Tom Tom as my car Sat Nav - it stuck on the windscreen with a sucker. It was ace. With all this renaming lakes nonsense, I suddenly wondered if they have an App these days. They do! Tom Tom is Dutch, so am going to use that not Google Maps or Waze in future.
Just been e-go karting (so, err, electric go karting) at the local track. Our son is now 15, as of course are his mates give or take. And yet this old duffer still managed to beat them! They are getting closer though….

One of our Lifx smart bulbs is playing up. Looking back we’ve had it since 2018 and it’s on every evening. No idea how many hours that is, but it’s a lot. Time flies because it didn’t think we’d had it more than ‘a few years!’ Not cheap to replace at £20, but that’s technology for you.
Really fabulous day at the #hyundaiNFestival at Brands Hatch. Weather awful, but it didn’t stop it being great fun. Drove a 6N on track - too wet to really learn much. GoKarted in the rain on slicks which was awesome fun. So sideways!
