Turns out it's not exactly peak, but it's fun!
A ★★½ review of The Mummy Returns (2001)
Happy bisexuality day everyone! Of course I had to celebrate by watching some peak bisexual cinema! I definitely had a fun time with this movie! There's a ton of awesome action scenes and it's just fu...

Listening to La Dispute on my stupid little mental health walk to negate all the positive effects it could have on me.
Never written a music review before but I tried writing one for this new Holding Absence album that I really can't recommend enough. Very strong contender for my album of the year.
luna_the_tuna's Review of 'Modern Life Is Lonely' by Holding Absence
Hadn't heard of this band until a few weeks ago when a friend randomly recommend the song Lucid Love to me. It had been a long time since a song has become such an instant favorite of mine and it inst...

"Omarchy should not matter. But sadly it does. As a power grab." I wrote about why we have to care about Omarchy. As a fascist power grab within the FLOSS ecosystem.
Power grab
Omarchy should not matter. But sadly it does. As a power grab. If you don’t know what Omarchy is here’s the short summary. David Heinemeier Hansson, creator of RubyOnRails, owner of a software business and millionaire, decided a few months ago to go all in on Linux and – because that’s just his MO – […]

Finally managed to go see The Odyssey in IMAX. It's good.
A ★★★★ review of The Odyssey (2026)
Getting tickets for The Odyssey in IMAX 70MM is the Dark Souls of moviegoing experiences. There's only one IMAX screen in the entire country and everyone and their dog wanted to go see this movie whic...

So wholesome when a business has a human-made cute little drawing of the animal that gets mass-slaughtered to make their food 😊

Thinking of maybe posting some movie related stuff here so if you happen to be reading this you should totally go follow me on Letterboxd and also watch the new Jane Schoenbrun because it fucking rules.
A ★★★★★ review of Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma (2026)
A great first date movie if you're insane like me. If I Saw The TV Glow didn't already prove that Jane Schoenbrun is one of the best directors working today than this surely does. I fucking loved ever...

I hate how inescapable all this Omarchy bullshit is man. One of my colleagues who doesn't even use Linux brought it up today, I nearly crashed the fuck out. At least I'm doing my part by radicalizing them against it and spreading NixOS propaganda 🫡
This made me realize I barely listen to any music pre-2000s but this is definitely one of my favorites. One of my favorite album covers as well.

I asked GLM-5.2 to write powershell code and it instantly killed itself.
It would be totally cool and epic if you all watched this new video where me and my friend play the video game known as Sonic Racing: Crossworlds.
