I find dense histories tricky to keep straight, but ideas-based audiobooks really work for my brain. Naomi Klein's Doppelganger, Marina Warner's Sanctuary, and Rebecca Solnit's Orwell's Roses, Lyndsey Stoebridge's We are Free To Change and Philippe Sand's East West Street are really well recorded.
