Seriously?! That's a complete non incident where both the cyclist and the driver were traveling at slow speed. Notice how the cyclist is also able to pass whilst still staying in their lane. Also £1200?! I totally understand you need to be careful about self incrimination, but this?! 😩😡

Are any of my followers educated in the inner goings on of the police and the use of police action that avoids taking a case to court? I've just had a slightly cryptic response from police about an incident I reported and just wanted some guidance on that. Happy to chat privately.
I'm a firm believer that if your "straightforward", "simple" street layout requires a 1 minute instructional video to try and explain what the ambiguous signs and all that paint on the road wants you to do, it's not nearly as straightforward and simple as you imagine it is.

The last couple of days I've witnessed a lot of aggressive, angry and dangerous driving. This is one example. There is no way you can see around this bend and they sometimes come fast the other way... Frank Swords & Sons FL72AXZ. Apologies for the swearing.

I've never seen anything like it. Salta, Argentina, has just recorded its hottest night on record during the climatologically coldest time of the year. The minimum overnight temperature did not fall below 26°C (78.8°F), pulverizing the previous monthly record by 7°C.
Got feedback from the Procurator Fiscal on two cases I reported back in 2025. One where a 'not guilty' was accepted at trial (I was not invited as a witness for some reason) & one marked as 'No further action'. I only report the most significant incidents. Honestly a waste of time in Scotland.
