Alien mask (seemingly inspired by the Kelly–Hopkinsville encounter) made for an episode of the 1978 TV series Project UFO. The episode is 'The Howard Crossing Incident' but I don't know who made the masks; there isn't a credit and I don't think it's be the credited makeup artist.

I'm not a gore wimp but I'm going through some articles and pruning them of screenshots of mundane gore (especially the X-Files ones). There's not much fun in any generic severed head or limb, especially in a screenshot. If there's BTS pics, sure, but otherwise eh.
