whenever someone tells you that it's simply impossible for police to be charged with misconduct or criminal charges, you can tell they're wrong because some cops do get charged regularly — when they are whistleblowers or reformers prosecutors are actually extremely eager to help drum them out!

Lots of tickets unsold in all sections for Liverpool's game against Sunderland in Nashville tonight. Feels unusual for such a big club on a pre-season tour. But tickets in most sections cost over $150, many over $200.

So happy we’ve left the World Cup officiating behind us so VAR couldn’t make the central fella have a look and overturn a brilliantly taken goal for a soft foul at the beginning of the buildup
