Dropped a bunch of perf updates to the @sugarcube.sh watcher last night. I always thought the Vite plugin would be wayyyy more popular than the CLI. But the opposite is proving the case. So wanted to make sure `generate --watch` was nice and tuned.

Seeing a substantial uptick in @sugarcube.sh downloads lately. Which one of you has snuck it into your company's CI runs? Seriously, though, if you or your company are using it, firstly, thank you; and secondly, I'd love to chat to see what could be improved. DMs open unless bsky bugging again.

Added a new `content` option in the most recent @sugarcube.sh release. If you need sugarcube to scan marup upwards or outside of where it's installed, you now can. The feature/option was prompted by some work I'm doing with a client who, shock horror, does not use a JS framework.

My whole week has been cats. This is Meatball, one of our community cats (ferals) that I think might need medical attention so I caged him and brought him to the vet today. He's not thrilled but he's being very sweet and gentle towards me cause he trusts me.

I think I was born slightly too early to understand the use of GIFs or find them very funny. Need to talk to more people my age to confirm this. Alternate hypothesis: personality defect. Or let's go with quirk. Can we go with quirk?

I know it's lame but I've given everything I have to this project and I literally can't believe it just hit 11k downloads. Took two months to hit 1k. Then another two months to hit 11k. Even if it's half crawlers, my mind is blown.

In the mid-2000s, the rapid privatisation of universities and the gutting of the Humanities saw me lose my mentor and thesis supervisor mid-programme. It eventually drove me from that industry - what felt like a true vocation - entirely.

Does anyone I know have any advice for digitizing a color from real life? I want to try to take the colors from paint markers and try building a palette from those, but I'm not sure if there's a better way than just eyeballing it

I'm normally cooked by Friday so I try to work on @sugarcube.sh. Today I was able to wrap up a feature that @finell.dev has been requesting for a while: *non-JIT utility class generation*. Thanks @finell.dev for the idea 🙏 I'll be using this one in some client work. Read about it in the docs!
