This is a digital piece, predominantly in black, red, white and brownish colour.
In the center a fully black figure seems to be phasing through the background, as only parts of his body are visible. Some of these parts are flat, while others have highlights that give it dimension. The figure wears only a loin cloth and a helmet. There is a red heart on his chest, and stylized top surgery scars - these three elements are very central to the piece, drawing one's eye to them.

A stylized fiery ponytail seems to be attacked at the back of the helmet, and similar wavy styled flames surround the figure on left and right. At the bottom part of the image, the red phrase "SEE IT THROUGH" can be seen. The figure is holding a sword, the blade of which is piercing through the O in 'THROUGH'.

The background is a heavily edited and distorted photo, and the image has a white overlay that makes it look like a damaged book or poster.
