I'm so exhausted. Our industry is bleeding out. So many exceptionally talented people are having their careers and livelihoods stripped away by poor leadership, and I don't have any outrage left. Monolith Productions were some of the best of us. This is unacceptable. Such an unbelievable tragedy.

We should 100% make a bigger louder deal of games that release complete, with few bugs, and without micro-transactions. If good examples of this aren’t elevated in gaming communities and in the media, what lessons do you suppose publishers learn?

I really wish that movie adaptations of games would stop taking this approach of complete separation from the source. Sure, game devs aren't Hollywood people, but the vision and creative direction from the game should carry over into the movie or it's not going to hit with the target audience.

I just want to work at a place I feel safe and I don’t have to have massive panic attacks everyday because it’s no longer a safe place because the men only look after the other men. There’s always that worry I’ll never be a part of a team that feels like my team again.

Playing through Tactical Breach Wizards this holiday season and I have to say, @pentadact.com did an amazing job with it. Hilarious concept, really enjoyable to play, and some of the best dialogue and character writing I've seen. Every chat between characters is an absolute treat. Love it so far!

Great resources for anyone looking for an opportunity in the gaming industry right now. Amir is an absolute hero during this tough time for our career field and is such a selfless, virtuous and genuinely helpful person.
