Some exciting news for me: I have finished the book! I've still gotta do a pre-print-proof look-for-mistakes pass and a post-printed-proof look-for-mistakes-and-correct-colors pass, but the CONTENT of the book is done. WOOOHOOO

Something I appreciate about comics art, broadly. Those skilled of us can make things look as they should with minimal line. Fabric looks like fabric. Metal looks like metal. Etc. I’ve been doing a lot of designing lately, and often I feel like my scribbles just look like more scribbles.

So we watched the first 3 Evil Dead movies last night. I really enjoyed the first, its horror of its time, the stop motion and practical visual effects were very neat! The 2nd started to go off the rails…and then we watched the 3rd. My opinion, more movies need bigger skeleton budgets!
