I fucking hate AI almost as much as I hate the sniveling asshole billionaires and shithole corporations who have all forced it into every conceivable spot in our lives. It literally makes everything worse and it makes us worse and I fucking hate it.

To say this is disappointing is an understatement. Please make your voices heard by filling in the user voice below to show Twitch we won't tolerate this. Threaten to leave or pull monetary support - do what you must to show we don't want GenAI and that going forward will harm their bottom line.

Twitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.

Who else thinks that anyone that decides to opt-out (if possible) will be blacklisted on the algorithm, and Twitch will only front-page people that use it?
