Even more excited about Spider-Man now. Found out one thing that doesn't happen (won't say, in case spoiler), but also read that there's a young trans guy in the movie, too! Maikol Roque (trans young man!) plays EJ, the son of a police detective. I have no idea how big a part that is, but yay!

Ready for some secondhand embarrassment? I was looking for references for Shirō Masamune's Landmate (for the pic below) from Appleseed. I pulled out my old Appleseed comics (which I really need to re-read!) and was reminded that I had gone through and censored them all, as I am a capital W Weirdo!

A few pages from Appleseed, by Shirō Masamune. Some absolute and utter pineapple has gone through with a white out pen and covered up all the bosoms and bottoms (Bosoms and Bottoms- new band name! I call it!). In my defense... No. There is no defense. Only, I had just come home from an LDS mission, and Arthur Adams had done covers for a few American editions, and I loved them so much I hunted down the series sight unseen, and I had no idea Masamune-sama liked the sexy times and nekkidness so much! And also, I am a capital W Weirdo. Sorry. 💔

Oh, hey. Got my WACOM to connect. Wanted to do one of those "describe your account in one image" type thingies. Hahaha I guess I am tired? But who knows when the baby will connect again? So I am posting this before I am entirely satisfied with it. Should have more weirdies.

There are so many things, and I am so tired. BUT ALT TEXT IS IMPORTANT! So, let's start with the foreground: A white lady with longish brown hair is wearing denim overalls, old black shoes, and a melon-colored long-sleeve shirt with the word "no" printed on it. She is scratching the chin of a Styracosaurus who is itself walking around in trans pride colors. The woman also has a wizard forg on her head. You can tell the forg is a wizard on account of the hat. It is a wizard hat. To the left of the woman is an Appleseed Guges D Landmate. Kinda a little mech/power armor. It is tan with red and grey detailing, and someone has written "Thicc Thighs Save Lives" on one of its thicc thighs. The Guges has a giant green and blue dragonfly on one of its little balancing doohickies. On the farthest right side of the image is an anthropomorphic Clydesdale lady in leather armor and a grey shift. She is holding an ax in one of her cyborg hands. Her blonde mane is done up in a thick braid. Behind them all is a weird, round kitty goat monster who is very big. He has great big yellow googly eyes. Behind that guy is a giant purple dragon, with its wings outstretched. Behind her is Gigan, a giant space-chicken lizard cyborg with hook hands and a buzz saw tummy. In the distant is Gamera, flying space turtle who is friend to children everywhere, flying with rocket bits where his back legs should be. Okay. I am going to bed. Sorry for such terrible ALT text. I love you. Abolish ICE, as those guys are terrible.

So, no drawing tonight. WACOM was naughty. I need to get back to just drawing with a pencil and/or painting with watercolors. Or my tablet, I suppose. Here is the third thing I ever drew on my tablet, 13 very years ago. I used my finger and it was weird.
