DC and Maine. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦 Lawyer, drawyer, character flawyer. I don't argue with mouthbreathing idiots for free, so MAGAts will be cheerfully blocked. Crypto is a scam, and AI can fuck right off.

Times like tonight I like think back to when President Barack Obama ate four rare pork tenderloins, visited a rabid-dog shelter, and then accidentally spent three hours alternating between a hot tub and a sauna before his record-breaking, Nobel-nominated seven-hour USA 240 speech.

Look, I wrote to the manufacturer, and it turns out these are the official lyrics to the cheery little tune your washing machine plays: "Hey, this is your LG Letting you know what the facts are I finished the laundry Gimme a fucking cigar"

I wrote and posted this to Instagram a couple of days ago and it became my most-read poem ever. I’m honored I get to feel big feelings alongside you all. I’m posting it here too and want to use this space more consistently. Hello friends ❤️

Trump's threat was the impeachable offense. His second thoughts don't nullify that any more than the regret of a murderer who wishes he'd never pulled the trigger. Every Republican who continues to support him (and Fetterman and Golden, presumably) are complicit in this impeachable offense.

These two commands used to be called "Field" and "Cross-Reference." Now, thanks to the Very Clever Engineers at Microsoft, they've been inconsistently renamed in a way that breaks alphabetization.

Screen capture from Microsoft Word's Edit Ribbon dialog box, which has no search function and requires users to search through a list of "All Commands" in alphabetical order. Some clown at Microsoft has renamed what, in previous Word versions, was the "Field" command to "Insert a Field" and the same idiot, or perhaps another one, has renamed "Cross-Reference" to "Insert Cross-Reference." Why does only one of them get the alphabetization-destroying indefinite article? Presumably because the assholes behind Word are deeply uninterested in making their software work well for actual users.
