I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. I’m in the throes of writing up my dissertation on the Ethics of genAI in further education. However, I’ve been accepted to present at @issotl.bsky.social this year and have won their emerging scholars award. Ive also achieved my SEDA fellowship. So it’s busy….

"Hi Gillian, yeah got some bad news about Salt Path, yeah, sorry, same as The Crown really, as your agent I should have checked in to the role a bit further, soz, anyway, I've got a script for a movie called Captain Tom here, reckon you'll be perfect for the daughter"

@tomrobinson.com happy birthday! Will miss you on Sunday evenings, you’ve been a star! Promoting new artists - including playing my brother- Ric Birtill / Sic Turtle, a number of times in his different bands - alongside with 100s others You’re always generous, enthusiastic & will be much missed. X

I get that there are genuinely complicated areas when it comes to trans inclusion but I will never vote for a party that allows for trans people to be barred from using their toilets. As recently as 2016, DONALD TRUMP, knew that this was wrong. This is something on which there can be no compromise.

November/ December gigs: Kneecap, The Twilight Sad, Union Jill, Hope & Social (possibly twice) Eliza Carthy with Jon Boden, and finally Irie Vibes in York. Proper Christmas line up :)

@hebtroco.bsky.social hi, I’ve bought your jeans, hats , jackets and more importantly action blankets . I’d like to get into some bother and write for you. Surely you need an article about modern Welsh language pop music or Preston Bus Station. Can write about beer & pies as well.

Hello / S’mae to my new followers / i fy nilynwyr newydd. I post about AI , pedagogy, beer, bicycles, brutalist architecture & music. There usually lot of posts about Wales and northern England too. Enjoy / mwynhau.
