Anti-Trans attorney Erin Friday is attempting to petition Trump for a pardon for Shana Gaviola, a woman sentenced to 3 years for having her Trans child kidnapped in handcuffs from California to Missouri when the child had an active petition for emancipation as well as a protective order in place.

I don't care what excuse (it's not a reason, it's an excuse) as to why someone is apolitical. They're still complying. They're privileged and selfish in some sort of way, but most importantly, they're siding with fascism. One cannot stay silent and expect things to change.
