played one of those random YouTube video game trivia videos and I knew the answer to one of them was croc: legend of the gobbos and the way my wife looked at me like I had just completely made something up

been designing the final boss for bold bogey and man, boss design is super challenging for me. theres so much that could be done, the playability space seems so broad its hard to pinpoint good ideas that aren't just parroting whats come before in games. ahhhh

There is NO way that Twitch shipped this and thought, "Yeah, that looks good! That's a good design choice." Twitch is basically suggesting that no one watches streams anymore... instead, we're mostly still on Twitch out of fear of our streak being broken.
