Here’s an old stump that threw out suckers, creating a bowl that holds rainwater. Deers love it & Ole does too. He smells them on the bark so he has to leave his scent too. Pretty comical!
Then we took the dogs to Seppiessa for a short walk by the cove. It opens up into a big pond, and by the tide line, you can tell they’ve opened it @ the barrier beach to flush it out, get some fresh saline in for the clams, oysters, & crabs.
We both went early to fill-up today…It’s “cheap” gas Sunday, where all winter the year-rounders get a deal. Next Sunday is the last one 😏
