I mean, seriously. Were there politicians back in 1945 who thought "Yeah we should just reform the Schutzstaffel. It would be politically foolish to say we should defund or abolish them. I bet we can reign them in by re-writing laws that already exist. I'm sure they'll follow them this time."

I’m going to DC on September 16 for the day because there is no awareness of the drastic and deadly SNAP and Medicaid cuts that are coming in 2027.
