I'd love to credit whoever wrote this. No idea. But I'm 100% with its message. When I think of how the '80s ethos, "Greed is Good" has metastasized, it surprises and depresses me. Imagine having so many millions, hundred of millions, even billions & caring about nothing except your own vanity.
I try not to think about US politics too much, because it's depressing. But if centrist Democrats could stop bringing a copy of Debrett's Etiquette to a knife fight, they'd win more, whether against Republicans or their own party. Make no mistake, what is going to happen in November ain't pretty.
