I emailed a library asking for a small but annoying favour, and they did me a big favour and it's provided absolutely crucial data for a new project and publication, and slopAI could never and yay for humans, and librarians and archivists in particular.

Here is a weird thing about comics right now. Do you know who is actually practically a guarantee of quality storytelling in comics at the moment? Godzilla. I kid you not. For a long time in America, the Godzilla comics were mostly okay, meant to be fun, lots of monsters fighting. 1/

I finally caught up with issue #2 of Skate Ali from @darkhorse.com and WOW I am all in - this might be my new favorite ongoing! The first two issues have been SO fun and planting a lot of really cool seeds I’m excited to see grow throughout the story.

Good News! Word has it that Xolo Maridueña will be making a return as Blue Beetle in Man of Tomorrow, the upcoming sequel to Superman. It will be Xolo's first appearance as the DC Comics hero since the 2023 film directed by Ángel Manuel Soto. redpopnews.com/jaime-reyes-...
