Heat of the Night at the drive-in. We were supposed to lie down and sleep after the Curt Russell/Dean Jones Disney movie. But if you rolled over you could watch over the front seat unless mom slid over to put her head on dad's shoulder. In which case, I probably didn't want to watch anyway.
100% when the Joker electrocuted that guy in Batman (1989). My parents were watching it on VHS and thought I was upstairs, but my brother and I snuck down and watched from the stairs until that scene where I started crying and blew out cover.

I think there may be something wrong with me. I guessed the loop on the first try when I didn't recognize some of the icons. This can't be good.

Dean Jones opener with chimps. Don't remember the title but it was set in France. Second feature was "In the Heat of the Night". I was a confused young man.
Name a film you watched at a drive-in.

How old is this computer? When I was trying to clear some space I found skype installed. I really need to learn linux before it goes under.
One great thing about AI is that you can now be in a one-person cult and still not be the leader

No early game this morning, but Cleo yelled at me until I got up and turned the TV on for the Everton game. #Caturday #PremierLeague

Did Peacock TV just throw 3 commercials in the middle of the #BRESUN game or just me? Man, I know the service has been going downhill fast, but that's a damn cliff.

Didn’t think I’d live to see it: Virtually every SCTV episode is now on Netflix. (The one that’s missing is highly unusual, featuring none of the show’s cast at the time.) Some rights-based cuts/substitutions of music, but fewer than I’d have guessed. It’s 95% complete. Incredible.
Heads up! Just noticed Netflix added #SCTV. Careful, for some reason it wants to start at season 6. I had to manually move back to season one. If you haven't seen it before - HIGHLY recommended.

Been watching Reacher lately. It comes highly recommended on the timeline. I noticed how often he starts an effort to end corruption not by throwing down but by saying simply and clearly "NO."
"In the face of what seems like an impossibly powerful industry with almost infinite wealth & political power at its disposal, fighting a data center coming to your town is a way for people to reassert their efficacy, to not just say “No” but actually do something about it" A clarifying read today:
