Inquisition's ending - that conversation between Solas and Flemeth. I remember sitting there for a few minutes afterwards, staring at the screen with my jaw hanging open. Maybe I am not the brightest person, but for me this reveal was SUCH a huge plot twist that made me love the series even more.
