One day I'm going to fix the UI for rebase conflicts. But until then I'll just stare at this screen and wonder what "Current" and "Incoming" mean.
that's part of it. but there are also core aspects of the web (esp html & css) that were already too invisible: cross-browser/device support & a11y. It's not enough to care about "outcomes" when you think everyone has the same experience as you. Many care about craft **because of the outcomes**
Here's my objectively correct take on lint rules: 1. If it isn't a runtime error, severity should be set to warning 2. Ensure lint scripts fail on warning 3. If it isn't a legit footgun, the rule is dumb 4. If you insist on dumb rules, they should be auto-fixable

❓"When can we expect this feature" Please refrain from asking this question towards open source maintainers. You generally shouldn't "expect" anything. I don't often agree with DHH but his take on OSS being a gift, not something you're entitled to, is something I relate with.

Discovered @webpro.nl's tool knip today. Removed 2500 unused lines of code from my medium sized repository. What an incredible feeling.
"It's written in Rust" is not a feature of your app. "It's blazing fast" is a hollow claim that makes me doubt it. Please stop putting these things on your homepage. Please show me why your tool/app/whatever makes my work easier/cheaper/faster-to-iterate.
