I respect the commitment, but this is also the opposite of what developers at big studios should be doing after being binned, and an example of why the industry is still in its baby years and we don't see strikes happening often. Gotta be more comfortable with burning things down on the way out.

I'm still flabbergasted at the fact they had Bluepoint working on a God of War live service nobody asked for before unceremoniously shuttering the studio, the sheer wastefulness of it, the squandered talent, it's hard to fathom the scale of self sabotage Sony has inflicted upon themselves with this.

Sony's live service trend chasing has to be one of the most disastrous things to have happened in gaming, a historic bag fumble forcing studios lauded for their single player games into producing live service bullshit that nobody wanted, pissing away nearly the entire console generation.
