Colorado River flows are down 20% in this century compared to the previous century. Govt officials cannot keep warning us about potential shortages while continuing to approve new developments that rely on our shrinking supply. Growth decisions should reflect the current reality.

Trump: I don't know the contractor. Federal records show that the owner of the reflecting pool's no-bid contractor Greenwater Services is the J.J. Cafaro Investment Trust, run by John J. Cafaro, (pictured with Trump below) a $50,000 donor to Trump's 2016 campaign who also lives near Mar-a-Lago.
