Agree 100%. It's infuriating, and almost like those who could make a difference but don't are content to watch 2 nations destroy each other, with Ukraine suffering countless civilian deaths and the kidnapping of hundreds of their children. Simply inhumane & unforgivable.

Air quality. I grew up in the Los Angeles basin in the 70s and 80s and remember having to stay inside because the smog was so bad - Stage 2 smog alerts, they were called. Apparently they haven't had one of those since 1988. Haven't had a stage one smog alert since 2003.

With primaries behind us, it's now time for Dems to focus on winning in Nov. That'll involve something hard: establishment Dems will need to ask what they can learn from progressives, progressives will have to focus on what they can learn from centrists & both'll have to find ways to work together.
