A hill I'll die on: Illustrations in novels should come back. Adults like pictures, too! A few older books I have contain wonderful woodcuts or inked drawings. I think they enhance the experience. Not necessary, but classy.

Can you imagine being approved for a surgery, waiting years for the appointment, and when they day comes you finally meet the surgeon - it's cancelled by a subcommittee which has decided too many people in your country want the surgery.

Last year, an NHS report found ADHD was “under-recognised, under-diagnosed and under-treated”. With recommendations to make diagnosis and care easier to get. It seems Labour didn’t like that report.

In spring the NWJCC commissioned a review into trans healthcare in Wales. That review is still ongoing In August the NWJCC cancelled 451 trans surgeries, and said it needed to do a 2nd review. That review has not started The NWJCC has not yet identified any immediate patient safety concerns
