IMO, "Influencer" in the ten-years-ago sense was really a LOT of jobs (spokesmodel/copywriter/etc.) but now it's morphing, at least in part, into "intentionally annoying person" which feels worse.
really enjoy how the election results are giving a big raspberry to centrists.
My dog is snoring his tiny little head off and I love that for him.
this may be the greatest thing I have heard in months it makes me exceedingly happy

Side note to the handful of people who follow me in the 46th district: Wil Dreher is taking wads of cash from AI companies. He's not that guy. Ron Davis is the progressive candidate. If Dreher gets through, Pollet is probably the better option given he's not owned by Big Tech
went past two 11/12 yo (ish, i'm bad at this) boys and one of them was carrying a bag of marshmallows and i'm guessing they're headed home to make rice krispie treats, at least i hope this is the wholesome shenanigans they're up to.

went to drop my ballot and a woman on the same errand to the drop box let out a smallish YAY and clapped. :)
i almost feel bad for these people. brigading is uncool, for sure, and their comments sections are an absolute stampede. also, thinking is cool. like, using your brain to work through the potential implications of doing a thing is a good thing to do.

I just can’t with this. A LOT OF US DON’T WANT TO HELP TRAIN ai! They are *stealing* from us. If they need to steal to be successful, maybe they shouldn’t be in business.

i applied for a job this morning, it's a good fit, but it turns out to be through yet another aggregator (?) and i immediately got an ad for some "job application pro" bullshit. i hate what looking for a job has become. HATE IT.
this logic driven thinker is looking for new ways to problem solve in messy times.

y'all. my morning took me to the denny's where i encountered two gorgeous 20-somethings in the ladies, they were wearing sneakers and sequined black evening gowns at 9:30am. "make the denny's what you want it to be" one of them said when i admired their completely unexpected style.
