I’m not saying Dragon Hopper and Zero Racers would have saved the Virtual Boy, but both of these games are an absolute delight so far. It’s heartbreaking that they never had a chance back in their day. So glad to finally have them now, though!
[Classics - Virtual Boy] Version 1.3.0 has been released. This update adds Zero Racers and Dragon Hopper. These titles were originally completed in 1996 but were never released due to the failure of the Virtual Boy. It also adds a feature to change the screen color.
Zero Racers is like a whole game of doing the Death Star run. And it’s an absolutely goddamned incredible piece of 90s retro 3D technology.
