Here, we build on our prior works with @nilssonlab.bsky.social for SARS2 NSP3 & with J. Paul Taylor's group for Nucleocapsid (N) showing each viral protein disrupt different elements of SG formation. In this manuscript, we generated a NSP3/N mutant that disrupted key motifs in both (YF/F17A)(2/6).
