eeee, so close to finished (with the #embroidery) I want to wear it on the 26th, but I sort of wish I had more time to completely redo the color scheme. On the plus side, I have a ton of yarn left, so I can make another. I messed with the exposure, but the light in my studio is kind of orange-y.

Embroidery on white fabric. A pocket shape, a sort of squashed oblong. Rows of diamonds outlined in champagne-colored floss. The majority of the diamonds are filled in with variegated yarn in purples, blues, pinks, and oranges. Gives the impression of a sunrise/sunset.

Had a bit of a slowdown. Made a terrible discovery: the yarn isn't 100% silk like I thought but a silk/wool mix. Little Buddy is very allergic to wool. So I'm only working on this in my studio, which isn't a comfy spot for embroidery.
