So-called Sustainable Aviation Fuel is a con. It's impossible to make enough of it, especially at prices airlines can afford, without using land that could be growing food crops. And here's an example. @no3rdrunway.bsky.social - as usual, disadvantaged people end up suffering.

The numbers don’t lie. A third runway at Heathrow would hurt our regions, not help them. The DfT predicts growth at non-London airports will be 17% lower by 2050 if Heathrow expands. Britain deserves balanced growth, not London at the expense of everywhere else. #NoThirdRunway
