So from September to March, Paramount has to pay WB a additional one billion dollars till the trial and if it fails, that's a additional 7.7 billion they have to pay as apart of the termination fee

The antitrust trial over the Warner Bros./Paramount merger is officially set for March 2027. Beginning September 30, Paramount will also be required to pay Warner Bros. shareholders $7 million per day until the merger is finalized.
