When overstimulated, the cat will not say "Stop! Stop! I'm going to pee!" but instead will use nonverbal cues such as scratching or biting. This is due to being a cat, you see. If there's anything else you want my help with, just ask!

I had become accustomed to thinking that a viral post on Bluesky was 4000 likes but every day for the past week I’ve seen something like this that has 27,000

Confused Donald the Duck with text saying Riddelle me this Why is there money for corporations but not for we the people

we found ourselves launched into this tormented sea, where guilty beings transformed into those fowls and these fish, seemed condemned to swim on everlastingly without any haven in store, or beat that black air without any horizon

Americans talk about “lockdowns” as though we experienced a uniform national policy. We didn’t! We had a patchwork of state and local responses. Treating “lockdown” as the single explanation for everything that followed erases that complexity AND the deeper problems that long predated COVID.

There is SOME of what he's talking about going on, like that AIPAC tracker account a lot of people follow has been known to count donations from e.g. JStreet (a very different org, agree with them or not) as AIPAC. But as a Jewish leftist I agree he's overgenrealizing. Also, not just leftists

We imagine forced labor arriving in shipping containers. More often than not it arrived from American fields and American processing plants. Researchers estimate 62% of non-seafood food products linked to forced labor were produced in the U.S.

It turns out that Taylor Farms, the agricultural company widely believed to be behind the cyclospora outbreak currently raging throughout the US, is also heavily involved in modern-day forced labor.
