NO. Congress funds FEMA to respond to disasters that REQUIRE federal support. Trump's already politicized disaster relief—an unforgivable and unAmerican transgression that I don't plan on forgetting. He doesn't get to wave a magic wand and abolish FEMA. I'm fighting back.
