Yes! In person voting if you haven’t mailed it back or can’t mail it. And take someone to vote with you. A teenager, an older parent, a new citizen. The single biggest factor in voting regularly is seeing your parents or family vote. Seeing how easy and simple it is.

If you have a neighbour, a parent, an 18 year old, who needs a kick or a hand in this regard…help them out too.

For heaven’s sake, if your ballot is sitting on your kitchen table or bedroom dresser, MAIL IT IN! Mail it in tonight. With your ID included. Or half a million Albertans made find themselves disenfranchised. And that could tip the balance.

I have to say - I never encouraged anyone to ask for a mail in ballot. I was always worried about that strategy. Now, Elections Alberta says there are still 500,000 ballots that haven’t been received. And they’ve disallowed thousands more for not including ID.
