Lack of public washrooms in parks sucks. Especially when your kids want to explore a neighbourhood where the trees are not yet mature.

I am not sure what is more frustrating. The lack of vision and leadership, the dismissal of best practices and facts, the dismissal of the policies of the master plans, the crony projects... I am sure this list could be longer.

Needed to touch grass so I went for a ride along the SGEC as usual. Why is everyone so serious? Why are cops on motorcycles patrolling? The Ironman participants were wondering: "Why is there a dude riding his ebike in the middle of the race?" Good thing it wasn't a beer and bread run.

Can we stop saying that raising taxes for bike lanes and transit is going to tax the middle class to oblivion? The average cost of owning a car in 2026 is $16.5k. It's an exorbitant amount compared to property taxes. Car dependency is bankrupting the middle class.

It's funny that when the highway shuts down, people are quick to blame whoever messed up and shut it down instead of questioning why we have a system that can be so easily shut down.

I beat cars on my bike starting at St-Laurent all the way downtown.

Nice to see some higher density housing near St-Joseph. They fit nicely in the neighbourhood. They just need better active transportation. Now you choose between desire lines and stroads to get anywhere.

Public pool would be replaced by private pools that are much more expensive and don't create community. The same can be said of parks, recreational facilities, sports facilities, etc. Bad roads lead to car repairs. Lack of complete streets force households to buy cars. Municipal taxes have great ROI
