I never get tired of seeing Black people in luxury. This country has put us through so much shit and yet here we are. Rumble my people, rumble.

The CEO unveiled a plan to reach a $300MM valuation and how hard we needed to work to get there. I asked: given my comp, I don't stand to benefit from this like senior leadership will. Why should I be busting my ass? His answer: "Maybe you shouldn't be." Started looking for a new job that day 🫡

Those 20 minutes of downtime have been the most productive I've been since joining this app 😂

The post-federation architecture scales a lot better than what we're doing now. Until then, gotta bump the database just a bit bigger to deal with everyone.
