i can rock with that. it was a totally different time, where he had to build that program over a decade. he couldn't just import transfers (well, he did lean heavy on juco players) and throw some money at the problems. Damn shame the link to the old "Futility U" piece in SI can't be found anymore

Call me old man shouting at the clouds, but what Snyder did with the resources he had was way more impressive

Cioppino is elite. Most SF Italian families have their own take on it and it's always amazing.

Two best quarterback performances statistically (EPA per pass play) so far this season: 1. Brock Purdy last week 2. Brock Purdy today

Mike Krukow forever ❤️

Not ideal

Looked like he was in so much pain they couldn't get him into the blue tent. Sitting on the bench -- with a shade over it -- right now

One last time … with feeling, everybody!

Scoring on a Hook and Ladder TD on their first drive of the game the Niners don't take the Cardinals serious at all

Via the DVOA Discord: "Deebo Samuel can't catch, Mike Evans can't run, but we can fix that in aggregate"

Hook and lateral!!!!!!! #49ers

Some of you casuals went to bed early and missed Alberto Mendoza commit a 32-yard intentional grounding penalty to set up 4th-and-45 with the game on the line.

That's not what you want

it's weird I listened to "Choosin' Texas" and have a totally normal opinion on it, I guess some of y'all lack my skills and intellect

Now the band is playing Neck

They're playing Callin' Baton Rouge at Ole Miss in celebration.

it would be extremely funny if the SEC kicked LSU out tomorrow

I love beating the Rams

That was one of the best drives of Brock Purdy's career. 11 plays, 99 yards, and a touchdown. Two different scrambles for a first down. Multiple scrambles to extend + find a receiver downfield, including for the touchdown. Really impressive.

Purdy just seemed determined to throw it to Kittle and didn't look for the defender. Quentin Lake says thank you.

Whew WTF pass there

Rutgers stopped on a 4th-down tush push down 20 points to UMass, this is so humiliating we are SO BACK

UMass is averaging 8 yards per play.

I believe in you, UMass

@homefield.bsky.social has some sweet UMass gear.

OH MY GOD MINUTEMEN

ANOTHER UMASS TOUCHDOWN. POP WATSON CAN SLING IT

This UMass QB kinda nice

Rutgers don’t want no Minutemen.

"Helmets can save your life" - literally the only argument. Everything else is BS.

mtsw@mtsw.bsky.social · last mo.

the pro-helmet arguments are also strong — i've personally been in a scooter accident where i got a concussion and wouldn't have if i had been wearing a helmet! ask any ER doctor or nurse about bad cyclist injuries they've seen. helmets can save your life!

Dolly Parton is understandably hugely famous for amazing songs. She also, among other things, mailed more than 270 million free books to children under five. And donated $1 million to infectious disease research, contributing to early COVID-19 vaccine development.

Rory McIlroy might be the only living person who hates LIV Golf more than I do.
