“Sure, we’re both much preferred over Tafoya, but if you choose me, you can win the seat *and* get a completely milquetoast Senator owned by crypto bros” —Angie Craig
Today in lawn signs don't vote, but I was driving around a lot today and have some anecdotes: saw my first Peggy Flanagan lawn sign ever today. Was in Hopkins. All told, I've seen more Cedrick Frasier signs than anyone else to date. I primarily drive around Richfield/Bloomington nowadays.
the Army spent $500 million building a factory for 155mm shells in Mesquite, Texas. It got shut down last year without producing a single usable thing.
Yeah we’re definitely out of missiles
opened threads. saw this. closed threads. perfect app
It’s a Klan Rally. These people only have to hear a name that their lizard brains process as sounding Arabic and hate immediately pours out.
LOMBARDO: So I know the pastor spoke about Officer Abdelnabi-- TRUMP RALLY CROWD: *Boooooo* LOMBARDO: No. We're not booing him. He's the officer that passed away here recently

We have to reckon with the fact that Uncommitted really was what it said it was - a group of loyal partisan democrats trying to save the party from itself. This was obviously not the case with "Abandon Harris," but anyone conflating the two is doing so out of either ignorance or malice.
The co-founder of the 2024 National Uncommitted Movement, Abbas Alawieh, decisively won his primary to become a State Senator in Michigan. Abbas was endorsed by both Bernie Sanders and Gretchen Whitmer. Abbas Alawieh also privately met with former VP Kamala Harris last month upon her request.
cannot think of a more ringing endorsement than "Anders Folk: the Republican ICE defense lawyer's choice for a DFL Hennepin County Attorney" www.kare11.com/article/news...
Everyone always suggests a woman or someone who isn't white but what if we messed with the age slider instead. What if he was 18 or 95. What if you took out all the sex stuff, then he could be 7. Tagline writes itself. This summer, 007 is actually 7

suspiciously green bananas is sadly one of the funniest things i’ve read in awhile

I looked into this when it started being used as an attack line against him and the evidence is that he once criticized Michelle Obama's initiative to tackle childhood obesity because it didn't go far enough to address societal issues including things like food deserts. That's what makes him sexist
When I first saw this headline, I assumed that this was just a bad opinion piece. But it turns out that this is straight news? Lol, come on, WaPo. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...
You can never just move on from this, even after he's gone. Without punishment and ostracism for everyone who has participated in his crime spree over the last 18 months you can forget it- we're all just treading water until the next tyrant
“.. Trump has leveraged his control of the federal government to instead escape the scrutiny that every other modern president, not to mention every other regular taxpayer, has been subject to.” @nytimes.com www.nytimes.com/2026/08/03/b...
You mean you got taken by the guy who's entire existence is a scam who has never created anything ever and is only thought of a a genius because a style reporter from the WaPo said so? Weird. I cannot believe this is happening
SpaceX shares are down by half from their June peak as investors worry Musk may have oversold them on its future prospects.

Just so everyone knows, this is a tried-and-true mainstream media tactic. For progressives/leftist candidates, every election is a “crucial test” and any loss would serve as proof to the media that the latest left-side moment is at its end. Any win, though, just means it’s time to find a new test.
Michigan will provide another crucial test of whether progressives can not only keep up their winning streak in safe-blue seats but also break through in battlegrounds crucial for control of Congress. The stakes for the Democratic Party are huge.
That's what taxes are, man. That's the definition of taxes. "You are subsidizing things you might never use" man shut the fuck up. My taxes currently subsidize like oil company exec private jets, you think I'm upset at low-income people eating inexpensive bananas?
Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.
I have, with my own eyes, watched my tax dollars in the form of missiles as they hit buildings inhabited by civilians. I'd much prefer subsidizing a grocery story I don't use.

My photo is being used in a campaign ad for Anders Folk. It will come as a surprise to literally no one who has ever met me - I am not supporting his bid Hennepin County Attorney. I've asked that my photo be removed from all materials, & reported the ad. If you see the video, please report it, thx!
