As an editor who has to read a lot of human-composed text, the only thing more annoying to me than people being fooled by obviously AI-composed text is people who insist that obviously human-composed (or at least ambiguous) text is “definitely AI.”

I'm still seeing people saying "em dashes are a dead give away of AI" and i would ask people to use their eyes when they read actual writing by humans sometime

Are there any content niches as yet unfilled? Seems like literally everything is taken. Guy who eats raw chicken. Lady who defends bestiality. Staring at the sun. Drinking piss as part of a balanced diet. Basically there’s cannibalism and letting babies work at steel mills left?

Yep. There's a weird thing where a lot of the dialog assumes that the "vibecession" is driven by changes in the sentiment in low income households, but the opposite is more true. bsky.app/profile/best...

Not trying to wade too deep into the Plattner discourse. I think Dems are allowed to be critical, but no complaints from the right should be taken seriously. The due has a Nazi tat that he covered up. He does not act like a Nazi in any way, or… certainly less so than like 20 current GOP candidates!

Volvo was pioneering this racket in the aughts! A part that has absolutely nothing to do with any essential function of my 2009 XC70 and cost $50 from the junkyard basically bricked my car, and I had to pay $900 to get a new one “programmed in.”

A victory for Trump, Putin and Netanyahu. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov: “To be honest, I don’t even understand now how anyone can call on others to follow the norms and principles of international law. In fact, it no longer exists.”
