I feel like Claude etc. has massively expanded my sense of “I can build anything” but turns out the hard part is still the decisions about where to focus and the commitment to a concept—risking criticism, continuing to develop and improve an idea, etc. Really easy to fall for productivity theatre.

It's bc Taco Bell is REALLY GOOD at tracing product! Keeping track of exactly where they got their ingredients, & exactly what restaurants each shipment of ingredients went to!

My one rule with AI in the workplace: I never use it to communicate with other humans. Slack messages clearly authored by AI are rampant in my workplace. The authenticity of intentional, thoughtful messages written by a human being cuts through all of it like a knife. There's lots of opportunity.
