I don’t watch local broadcast TV outside of soccer or the Olympics or sometimes the NFL, so this year in particular was jarring.

I was in Utah for work this past week and from what I can tell, there is an LDS-coded war in the Bountiful Basin over…blankets? Competing Lola and Minky Couture billboards thick up and down I-15. I’ve never seen them anywhere else, never even heard of those products until this week. 
Cruise landed over at Tampa just shortly before this. Wild weekend at the Flag Building. Maybe Miscavige’s wife will show.

A friend of mine died, relatively young, of a metastatic colon cancer similar to this recently. It was terrible. And yet, being unfortunately familiar with this video of Grayson straight-up murdering this woman, I’m having rather the hard time mustering any sympathy whatsoever for him.
