I hate central europe's weird aversion to AC. Landlord just declined my bid to install a minisplit after the 40°C+ heatwave last week. For "insurance reasons". Well let me tell ya, the unholy concotion of portable AC hoses I'm about to DIY will be vastly more dangerous than the alternative.

My writing style is "formal queer", I will use capitalization, commas, and the right punctuation - you may even find a semicolon in my text - but at the end there will still be a :3

Chat I survived my first mosh pit, but my stupid brain went "jeez I'm sorry, you okay?, my bad, sorry for bumping you, are you alright?" the entire time.

never let anyone talk you out of spending $35 on VRChat avatars, that $120 will be the greatest $550 you ever spend in your life

So over the past couple weeks I've been working on a module that sits on top of @sim.red's VRC Light Volumes package. It uses the AtlasPostProcessors system to read a pre-baked flipbook, so you can get animated, multicolour, multidirectional baked lighting with VRC LV. #VRChat

tl;dr: * Don't use crunch on avatars. * AssetBundle compression is good enough. * Use RG BC5 for normal maps, BC7 for diffuse/color. * If your avatar is still too big, reduce your texture resolution. * If lowering rez makes things fuzzy, re-approach implementation. Use decals or fix your UVs.

VRRat has a cousin named Keith who tried to teach VRRat programming. However, neither of them are very... sharp.
