It is decided! I know what I’m going to do with the @pimoroni.com Tiny FX kit - a fire engine conversion from an Airfix Land Rover - with flashing lights and perhaps sound too. I’ll be designing and 3D printing the stuff for the back and should be able to fit the controller inside.

Day 1 with the @pimoroni.com Tiny FX kit, and I’ve already found the rescue_vehicle.py code. The head and tail lights can be set at different brightness, plus flashing green LEDs - which I’ll obviously need to replace with blue - but how cool is that!
